Information and Guidelines for HIAS 2013 conference proceedings

The HIAS 2013 Proceedings Guidelines (232KB PDF) contains instrctions for authors submitting manuscripts. Contributions should be prepared using one of the preferred templates available for Word and LaTeX in the HIAS13_templates file (672KB ZIP). Please note that the deadline for submission of the contributions to the proceedings is Monday, 1st of June, 2013.

Change of opening time for early registration desk

The registration and information desk will be located at University House on Sunday 7 April will now be open from 17:30 to 18:30. The desk will re-open at 08:30 on Monday 8 April in the Manning Clarke Centre.

A registration and information desk will be located at University House on Sunday 7 April from 17:00 to 18:00. The desk will re-open at 08:30 on Monday 8 April in the Manning Clarke Centre.

Please be aware that daylight savings time ends in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory on Saturday 6 April (clocks will need to be moved backward one hour on Saturday night).

Extension of deposit payment date for post conference tour

We have been able to extend the payment period for deposits for the post conference tour into the new year. Deposits for the tour are now required by 18 January 2013.

Extension of abstract submission period

As a consequence of the current financial climate we have recieved a number of requests to extend the abstract submission period into the new year. To accommodate this extension we have also extended the Early bird registration deadline. Please visit the Important dates page.
