To register for HIAS 2018 please follow the steps outlined below:
- Submit your abstract to the conference secretary.
- Wait for an email from the organising committee confirming
acceptance of your abstract.
- The email will provide instructions on how to complete the
registration and payment.
- Individuals wishing to attend the symposium, but who do not wish to
submit an abstract should contact the conference secretary.
Registration payment for HIAS 2018 must be received by 14 October 2018.
Registration fees are in Australian dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Symposium registration fees cover attendance at all sessions,
coffee breaks and lunches from Monday to Wednesday,
and dinner at the Department of Nuclear Physics (Monday and Tuesday nights).

Payment for registration for HIAS 2018 can be made by: Credit card
(VISA or Mastercard) or by Account Invoice.
Please advise the conference organiser as soon as possible if you
are unable to attend the event.
ANU Staff and students can also make payment via an Internal
Cancellations for the conference will be accepted up to 14 days prior
to the event commencing and a refund of the registration fees (less a
small administrative charge) will be issued; after this date there
will be no refund.
All cancellations must be in writing and sent to the conference
