Information and guidelines for submission of HIAS 2019 conference proceedings
We strongly encourage all presenters to contribute to the HIAS 2019 conference proceedings. These will be published open source in electronic form as a regular volume of the journal EPJ Web of Conferences (see Vol 123 for the HIAS 2015 conference proceedings). Contributions will be peer-reviewed to assess their suitability for publication. The Proceedings Guidelines (275 KB PDF) contain information for authors preparing manuscripts. Contributions should be prepared using the LaTeX (preferred) or Word template provided in the following zip file: HIAS2019-templates (1530 KB ZIP). Please note that the deadline for submission of contributions is Friday 1st of November 2019. Submissions should be emailed to the conference secretary.
Deadline for abstrac submission extended
The deadline for abstract submission for HIAS 2019 has been extended to 27 May 2019. After this date abstracts may still be submitted but will require prior approval from the conference organisers.
Carers Support
Careers support of up to AUD$120 per day, to a maximum of AUD$350, is avaiable for a limited numbers of Symposium attendees. Enquires and questions about Carers Support for HIAS 2019 can be directed to the conference secretary.

Partner Program and Fees
Partners of attendees are invited to join us at the welcome reception and/or the Symposium dinner provided as part of the 2019 Symposium. The cost for this will be available on this web site soon, and can be paid for as part of the registration process.
