Registration
To register for HIAS 2025 , please use ANU Payment Portal.
Symposium fees:
- Early bird registration fee AUD $950 available until 29 July 2025.
- Full registration AUD $1200 will close on 12 August 2025.
- Student registration fee AUD $550.
The registration fee covers:
- attendance at all sessions,
- coffee breaks and lunches,
- Welcome Reception on Sunday 4-6 pm at Parlour
- BBQ dinner on Monday 5-7 pm at NPAA
- Excursion on Wednesday 2-5 pm
- Conference Dinner on Thursday 7-10 pm at the Shine Dome
Accompanying persons are welcome to the social dinners and excursions. Please submit the expression of interest via the registration form.
Method of Payment
Payment can be made via credit cards via the ANU Payment Portal
ANU Staff and students can also make payment via an Internal Transfer. Please contact the conference secretary to arrange a transfer.
You will need to include to your email request a charge code / account number and an email approval of the account delegate to your request.
Cancellations
If you are no longer able to attend the symposium, you must let us know as soon as possible by contacting the conference secretary. Refunds are available before the registration deadline. After 14 October requests for refund will be processed on a case-by-case basis subject to individual circumstances.
