Conference Proceedings
Refereed proceedings of HIAS presentations will be published through EPJ Web of Conferences. This is indexed by ISI Thomson and Scopus, in the conference proceedings category and will be accessible for free download.
The submission for the HIAS2025 proceedings is now open. We invite you to submit a paper on your presentation and are looking forward to publish it.

- minimum 3 pages
- maximum 5 pages for contributed talks and 7 pages for invited talks
Please submit your article using the SAGA publishing platform for HIAS 2025.
Please download the zip directory including a LaTex template (ZIP 1.4MB) for the creation of a pdf of your article. The template is called template.tex. It is set up to take care of general formatting. Detailed information about the template can be found in the file webofc-doc.pdf included in the zip directory.
General guidelines for authors on how to prepare your article can be reviewed here. Please make sure that all your co-authors are informed of the submission.
Information on how to create a SAGA account and how to upload your article can be found in chapter two of the SAGA user guidelines. When uploading your article please select “Oral presentation” under “Type” and “HIAS 2025” under “Topic”, no matter if you presented a poster, a contributing talk or an invited talk.
The submitted articles will be peer-reviewed and checked with plagiarism detection software. Once accepted for publication you will be notified by email and will need to upload a signed License Agreement form.
