Registration

To register for HIAS 2024 please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Submit your abstract to the conference secretary (refer to the abstract submission page).
2. Register via the ANU payment portal and pay a registration fee.
3. Individuals wishing to attend the symposium, but who do not wish to submit an abstract still need to register via the ANU payment portal and pay a registration fee.
4. 4. Limited number of invited speakers will have their registration fee waived at discretion of the Organising Committee. Those invited speakers will be provided a discount code by the Organising Committee to process the registration via the ANU portal with no cost.

Registration deadline is 14 October 2024.

Symposium registration fees cover attendance at all sessions, coffee breaks and lunches from Monday to Wednesday, and in-house dinners at the Research School of Physics (Monday and Tuesday nights).

Student Registration Fee:	AUD$100
Early Bird Registration Fee:	AUD$475
General Registration Fee:	AUD$600

Method of Payment

Payment can be made via credit cards via the ANU Payment Portal

ANU Staff and students can also make payment via an Internal Transfer. Please contact the conference secretary to arrange a transfer.

Cancellations

If you are no longer able to attend the symposium, you must let us know as soon as possible by contacting the conference secretary. Refunds are available before the registration deadline. After 14 October requests for refund will be processed on a case-by-case basis subject to individual circumstances.
